Below are some photos of our first dinner here in the DR. Over the past four trips we have arrived in the early afternoon and dinner was our first meal on site and it was always rice, beans and spaghetti. This year we arrived late at night but even after our delicious breakfast and lunch, dinner was just as amazing nearly a day later, it was great just as in years past...rice, beans and spaghetti. Attached are two pictures, one from each end of the table. I realized after I took them that Will got cut off...and for that I am sorry VanderWiers.
All is well. These kids are on fire and are being intentional in seeking out ways to interact with locals. 'tis a beautiful thing!
